Copy cats

So about a week ago I noticed that the website “wish” had taken my gypsy skirt and copied it. They then put it on their site, stole my description directly from my etsy shop and copied and pasted it on to their site.

What’s all the more shocking is that they are selling this skirt for $13.00!!

Now I can’t even buy the cotton to make this skirt for $13.00. Which brings up the question of how much are they paying their poor workers??

My price of $145.00 (with free shipping), sounds unbelievably high in comparison. But when you consider It takes me at least 3 hours to make this skirt and that I only use 100% local Australian cotton, you can realize why. Plus your supporting ethically made, slow fashion which in turn helps the environment.

I truly appreciate all my lovely customers and the support they give my little business. Let’s all stand together to stop this crazy, fast fashion society we unfortunately live in.
